Job Description

Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK 

  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND in education or care 

  • Excellent behaviour‑management skills, extended patience and adaptability 

  • Willingness to work flexibly and commit to the role long‑term 

  • Ability to create a positive, supportive learning environment for all pupils
