Job Description
Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant Qualification or experience working within the SEND field. Please note, if you are degree qualified your application will also be considered and other opportunities could be explored as this school are keen to work with talented individuals.
