Job Description
You’ll support pupils with additional needs through structured classroom activities, 1:1 guidance, and small-group sessions. You’ll reinforce routines, support communication strategies, and help pupils remain engaged with learning throughout the day.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
Reinforce personalised learning strategies and routines.
Support communication and engagement during lessons.
Share progress with teaching and SEND teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to follow structured support plans.
