Job Description
Secondary schools across Warwickshire are seeking reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support teaching and learning by delivering pre-planned lessons. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently manage classrooms across different subjects and year groups.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects
Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
Support pupils in completing work and staying engaged
Adapt quickly to different school environments
Provide lesson feedback to teaching staff
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Level 5 qualification
Experience delivering to classes or leading groups
Previous school-based experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Degree or Master’s qualification (Desirable)
Secondary school experience (Desirable)
Flexible and professional approach (Desirable)
