Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional guidance with engagement and organisation. Through mentoring sessions and classroom support, you’ll help pupils stay on track, build confidence, and develop positive learning habits. You’ll work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to support consistent progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 mentoring for pupils needing support.
Deliver small-group engagement sessions.
Reinforce routines and learning expectations.
Communicate progress with teaching and pastoral teams.
