Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support for learners with PDA profiles
Build positive and low-demand working relationships
Support emotional regulation and engagement
Adapt communication and expectations to individual needs
Work collaboratively with teaching and support teams
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEND, ASD, or PDA
Calm, flexible, and resilient approach
Strong relationship-building skills
Understanding of anxiety-led behaviours
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
