Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire (Henley-in-Arden area) is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to oversee the daily upkeep and security of the school site. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments for pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Open and secure the school site daily
Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and site safety
Conduct routine health and safety checks
Support with contractor access and site management
Ensure the school environment remains safe and well-presented
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience in caretaking, facilities, or maintenance roles
Basic DIY and repair skills
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
