Job Description
You’ll support pupils with additional learning needs through structured classroom activities, small-group sessions, and 1:1 support. You’ll reinforce routines, help pupils understand tasks, and support communication strategies. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you’ll contribute to personalised support plans that help pupils participate confidently in learning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
Reinforce routines and personalised learning strategies.
Assist pupils with communication and engagement in lessons.
Share progress updates with teachers and SEND staff.

Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
