Job Description
A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant. This role involves working with children who require tailored support in both 1:1 and small group settings. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils with SEND reach their full potential within a structured and caring environment.
Provide in-class support for pupils with additional needs
Adapt learning materials to suit different learning styles
Foster pupil confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to track and support progress
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with children with SEND
Familiarity with classroom routines and expectations
Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing attitude
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
