Job Description
You’ll support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs across lessons and structured intervention sessions. You’ll help pupils regulate emotions, follow routines, and re-engage with learning. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll contribute to personalised support plans designed to improve confidence, resilience, and classroom participation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support.
Reinforce emotional regulation strategies and routines.
Assist with behaviour support plans and interventions.
Monitor pupil progress and communicate updates with staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs.
Calm communication style and strong relationship-building skills.
Confidence applying structured routines and behaviour strategies.
Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative mindset.
