Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and proactive TA with SEND (KS2) to support learners at Harbury Primary School. You will assist in delivering personalised support, helping pupils access the curriculum and achieve positive outcomes.
Provide targeted support for KS2 pupils with SEND, including 1:1 and small group work.
Assist with classroom tasks, differentiated activities, and learning routines.
Support pupils’ behavioural, social, and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to implement individualised strategies.
Help maintain a structured, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience working in a KS2 classroom — essential.
SEND support experience — essential.
Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
