Job Description

Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.

Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Enhanced DBS certificate. 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications. 

  • Proven experience within a school setting, particularly in delivering successful interventions. 

  • Passion for creating an environment where every student can thrive academically.

Our partnered school is a foundation school for pupils aged 3 to 11 and has a resourced provision for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
