Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional behaviour guidance during lessons and throughout the school day. Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams, you’ll help reinforce positive behaviour routines, support engagement in learning, and guide pupils through structured interventions designed to improve classroom participation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide behaviour support during lessons and transitions.
Reinforce positive routines and classroom expectations.
Support targeted behaviour interventions with pupils.
Communicate pupil progress with teaching and pastoral teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting behaviour or pastoral needs in schools.
Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to guide pupils through structured behaviour routines.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
