Job Description

We are seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to deliver high-quality, nurturing learning experiences for early learners in Selly Oak. In this role, you’ll create a vibrant classroom where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Your day will weave structured EYFS curriculum delivery with creative, child-led exploration. From guided phonics sessions to sensory play and outdoor learning, you’ll bring learning to life. You’ll also work alongside colleagues to adapt resources and activities tailored to each child’s needs—ensuring engagement and developmental progress.

This position is perfect for an educator who thrives on shaping young minds and fostering a lifelong love of learning from the very start.

Plan, deliver, and assess EYFS lessons and environments

  • A DBS (and Overseas Police Check if you’ve recently lived outside the UK for more than 6 months).

  • Education-based referee details - we’ll apply for the references!
