Job Description
A Primary school in Coventry is seeking a Confidence Coach to support pupils who need encouragement, clear routines, and help building self-belief. You’ll run short confidence sessions, assist in class, and support pupils through challenging tasks. Some need reassurance; others benefit from structured problem-solving. Working closely with teachers, you’ll help pupils develop resilience, independence, and a positive sense of their own progress.
Provide confidence-building sessions.
