Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional behaviour guidance, helping them stay engaged in lessons and follow structured routines. Through mentoring and classroom support, you’ll reinforce expectations and support emotional regulation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 behaviour mentoring and support.
Reinforce positive behaviour routines and expectations.
Support emotional regulation during lessons.
Communicate progress with pastoral and teaching teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting behaviour or SEMH needs.
Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to guide pupils through structured routines.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
