Job Description
A Primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need reassurance, structured guidance, and consistent routines. You’ll help with group activities, model tasks, and guide pupils through transitions. Some learners need confidence; others need calm prompts to stay focused. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create a positive, organised classroom where every child feels able to succeed.
Support pupils in class and small groups.
