Job Description
You’ll lead inclusion practices across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs are supported through effective strategies and interventions. You’ll work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and leadership to embed inclusive approaches, monitor progress, and ensure consistent delivery of support across classrooms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead whole-school inclusion strategies and support systems.
Monitor progress of pupils with additional needs.
Support staff in delivering inclusive classroom practice.
Work with families and external agencies where required.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Strong experience in SEND or inclusion leadership.
Knowledge of intervention strategies and inclusive practice.
Ability to lead and influence staff effectively.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
