Job Description
A well-established primary school in Warwickshire is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position, ideal for someone with classroom and SEND experience who is ready to make a meaningful difference. You’ll be working with children who require additional academic and emotional support.
Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEND
Assist in lesson delivery and personalised interventions
Promote inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
Collaborate with teaching staff and the school’s SENDCo
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Prior experience working with children with SEND
Classroom support experience in a school setting
Patient, resilient, and adaptable
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
