Job Description

You’ll lead behaviour systems across the school, supporting staff in maintaining consistent expectations and positive routines. You’ll coordinate interventions for pupils who require additional guidance, analyse behaviour data, and work closely with pastoral teams to strengthen engagement. This role suits someone confident guiding staff and pupils while promoting a structured and supportive environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead behaviour systems and support staff implementation.
Coordinate interventions for pupils with behaviour needs.
Monitor behaviour data and identify improvement strategies.
Work with pastoral teams and families to support outcomes.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience in behaviour leadership or pastoral roles.

  • Strong understanding of restorative and positive behaviour strategies.

  • Confident leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
