Job Description

You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional guidance with organisation, engagement, and academic progress. Through mentoring sessions and classroom support, you’ll help pupils manage workload, build confidence, and develop positive study habits. You’ll work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to support consistent progress.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 mentoring and progress support.
Deliver small-group sessions focused on organisation and study skills.
Reinforce routines and academic expectations.
Communicate progress with teaching and pastoral teams.
