Job Description
We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable SENDCo to drive the strategic direction of SEND provision within a well-supported primary school in Coventry. You will play a key leadership role, managing EHCPs, advising staff, and ensuring every learner receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
Lead and oversee SEND support across the school.
Coordinate EHCP reviews, targeted interventions, and external support services.
Advise and train staff on inclusive strategies and SEND best practice.
Track pupil progress and ensure full compliance with statutory SEND requirements.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
NASENCO qualification — essential.
Experience as a SENDCo in a primary school.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current legislation.
