Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom learning and pupil development. This role involves working closely with the class teacher to assist with lessons, deliver small group interventions, and help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom support across lessons
Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions where required
Assist with classroom routines and behaviour management
Support pupils’ academic and emotional development
Encourage pupil engagement and independence
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, supportive, and proactive approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
