Job Description
A Primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a Confidence Coach to support pupils who need encouragement, structure, and calm reassurance. You’ll help pupils organise tasks, understand expectations, and tackle challenging moments with greater independence. Some children need belief; others need step-by-step prompts. Working with teachers, you’ll help pupils build resilience, pride, and the confidence to stay engaged in their learning.
Run confidence-building support sessions.
Help pupils with organisation and focus.
Assist during lessons and transitions.
Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff.
