Job Description
You'll support pupils throughout the school day, helping them engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential. Working alongside the class teacher, you'll provide 1:1 and small-group support while helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Deliver 1:1 and small-group learning support.
Reinforce positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom organisation.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
Patient, positive, and encouraging approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
