Job Description
You’ll deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions for pupils requiring additional support. Working with individuals and small groups, you’ll reinforce classroom learning, build confidence, and help pupils make sustained academic progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver structured literacy and numeracy intervention sessions.
Support individuals and small groups with targeted learning.
Reinforce classroom teaching and key learning objectives.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting interventions within a primary school.
Strong communication and explanation skills.
Ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
