Job Description
You'll lead the pastoral care and wellbeing of a designated year group, working closely with teaching staff, families, and senior leaders to support pupils' academic progress, behaviour, attendance, and personal development. You'll coordinate targeted interventions and help create an environment where every pupil can thrive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the pastoral provision for a designated year group.
Monitor behaviour, attendance, and pupil wellbeing.
Coordinate interventions with staff, families, and external agencies.
Promote a positive school culture and high expectations.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience in pastoral leadership or student support within a secondary school.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
