Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is urgently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant with ASD experience to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs. You'll play a key role in building trust, ensuring engagement, and helping the child access learning alongside their peers.
Deliver 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism
Assist with communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation
Support learning in the classroom and during transitions
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with ASD in an educational setting
Classroom-based experience essential
Empathetic, calm, and reliable approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
