Job Description

A secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join their team from Easter. The school is looking for a confident practitioner with strong behaviour management who can deliver engaging Science lessons and build positive relationships with students. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan, assess, and differentiate lessons to meet diverse learner needs
Maintain strong classroom behaviour and routines
Support student progress and attainment
Contribute to the wider science department and school community

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils

  • Passion for delivering high-quality Science education

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
