Job Description
You’ll support pupils with additional needs through structured classroom activities, 1:1 support, and small-group learning. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you’ll encourage communication, independence, and engagement while helping pupils achieve meaningful progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND.
Reinforce personalised learning strategies and classroom routines.
Support communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
Share pupil progress with teaching and SEND teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
Calm, patient, and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
