Job Description
You’ll deliver targeted reading support to pupils who benefit from additional literacy guidance. Through 1:1 and small-group sessions, you’ll help develop fluency, comprehension, and confidence. Working closely with teachers, you’ll reinforce phonics and vocabulary strategies that help pupils strengthen their literacy skills and participate more confidently in lessons.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver structured guided reading sessions.
Support phonics and vocabulary development.
Provide 1:1 literacy guidance for pupils needing additional help.
Track reading progress and share updates with teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting literacy development in primary settings.
Clear communication and confident reading modelling.
