Job Description
We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a primary school in Sutton Coldfield. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and have experience working with children who require tailored support. This role is ideal for someone committed to inclusive education and making a daily impact.
Provide 1:1 and group support for children with SEND
Implement strategies tailored to individual EHCPs
Support classroom routines and social development
Work closely with SENCO and class teachers
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience supporting SEND pupils
Confident, caring, and consistent approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to assist with personal care if needed
