Job Description

Milestone Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools throughout Oxfordshire. With opportunities available on a daily supply, temporary, and permanent basis, this role is ideal for qualified professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and creating engaging learning experiences for every pupil.

You'll join supportive school communities that value excellent teaching, encourage collaboration, and are committed to helping both pupils and staff succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing effective feedback
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote pupil wellbeing at all times

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • A relevant degree or recognised teaching qualification

  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills

  • Commitment to inclusive education and high-quality teaching

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
