Job Description
Within the classroom, Teaching Assistants contribute to a positive and well-organised learning environment. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow strict procedures
Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance to students
Reliable, punctual, and able to remain calm under pressure
No prior experience necessary full training will be provided
