Job Description
A primary school in Kidderminster is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils requiring SEND support. You’ll play a key role in delivering structured, inclusive learning and helping students develop both academically and emotionally. This role suits someone patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education.
Deliver 1:1 and small group support
Assist with learning plans and behaviour strategies
Foster a calm, inclusive classroom environment
Monitor and record student progress
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience supporting SEND pupils
Understanding of autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs
Positive communication and teamwork
