Job Description
A Primary school in Solihull is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need structure, reassurance, and adapted learning approaches. You’ll offer 1:1 guidance, help pupils regulate during transitions, and use visuals or step-by-step modelling to support understanding. Some pupils need confidence; others need predictable routines. Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help create a supportive environment where every child can access learning confidently.
