Job Description
You’ll deliver personalised lessons for pupils with additional needs, adapting learning to support communication, engagement, and independence. Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families, you’ll create a structured environment where every pupil has the opportunity to succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver differentiated SEND lessons.
Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Work collaboratively with support staff and families.
Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP outcomes.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching pupils with SEND is desirable.
Strong communication and adaptable teaching skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
