Job Description
You'll deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions for pupils requiring additional support. Working with individuals and small groups, you'll reinforce classroom learning, monitor progress, and help pupils develop the confidence and skills needed to achieve their full potential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy intervention sessions.
Support individual pupils and small learning groups.
Reinforce classroom teaching and key learning objectives.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting interventions within a primary school.
Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
