Job Description
You’ll support pupils during lessons, helping them stay engaged, understand instructions, and develop positive learning habits. You’ll work with individuals and small groups, reinforce routines, and assist the teacher with classroom organisation and learning resources.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Provide small-group and 1:1 learning support.
Reinforce classroom routines and expectations.
Assist with preparation of learning materials.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils in primary settings.
Clear communication and supportive classroom presence.
Ability to guide pupils through structured tasks.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
