Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 2
Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Contribute to the wider life of the school
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
Experience assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
Excellent lesson planning and differentiation skills
Strong classroom and behaviour management
Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
Adaptable, resilient, and solution-focused
Graduate or equivalent professional experience welcomed
Ambitious, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development
