Job Description
You'll support pupils with additional needs through classroom activities, 1:1 support, and small-group learning. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you'll help pupils develop communication, independence, and confidence while creating a calm, structured environment where they can thrive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND.
Reinforce personalised learning strategies and daily routines.
Support communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
Patient, adaptable, and positive approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
