Job Description

A Primary school in Solihull is seeking an Assistant SENCo to support the coordination of SEND provision across the school. You’ll help oversee pupil plans, monitor progress, and guide teachers on inclusive strategies. Some pupils require adapted learning; others need emotional regulation support. Working closely with the SENCo, you’ll contribute to structured systems, clear communication, and effective interventions that help pupils access learning successfully.

Assist with SEND coordination and planning.
Support staff with inclusive strategies.
Monitor pupil progress and provision.
Work with families, teachers, and external agencies.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Confidence guiding staff practice.
