Job Description

You'll lead the school's behaviour strategy, working closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, and teaching staff to promote positive behaviour and reduce barriers to learning. You'll coordinate interventions, support colleagues with behaviour management, and help create a safe, respectful environment where pupils can achieve their potential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the school's behaviour strategy and intervention programmes.
Support staff in promoting positive behaviour and classroom consistency.
Monitor behaviour data and coordinate targeted pupil support.
Work collaboratively with families and external agencies where appropriate.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience leading behaviour, pastoral, or inclusion provision within a school.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of restorative and positive behaviour approaches.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
