Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.

Desired Experience + Qualifications
We are seeking a Drama Teacher who holds a degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field and possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. The ideal candidate will have proven experience teaching drama, preferably at GCSE level. They will demonstrate a strong knowledge of dramatic techniques, theater history, and production processes. The ability to inspire and engage students through creative and collaborative activities is essential in cultivating their passion for the performing arts. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills are also vital to effectively guide students in their theatrical journey and foster a supportive and enriching learning environment.
