Job Description
A SEND school in Worcestershire is seeking an Autism Support Assistant to help pupils who benefit from visual structure, sensory awareness, and predictable routines. You’ll support communication, regulate transitions, and model tasks clearly. Some pupils need calm reassurance; others respond well to step-by-step prompts. Working with teachers and therapy staff, you’ll help create a learning environment where pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to participate.
Support communication and understanding.
