Job Description
A Primary school in Solihull is looking for a Key Worker to support pupils who benefit from consistent check-ins, emotional reassurance, and help staying focused. You’ll run short 1:1 sessions, assist during lessons, and guide pupils through transitions. Some need structure; others need calm encouragement. Working alongside teachers and the pastoral team, you’ll help pupils stay settled, motivated, and ready to engage.
Provide daily 1:1 check-ins.
Support emotional regulation and routines.
Assist pupils during lessons and group activities.
Communicate progress to staff.
