Job Description
You’ll lead pastoral provision across a designated year group, supporting pupils with behaviour, attendance, wellbeing, and engagement. Working closely with teachers, safeguarding staff, and families, you'll coordinate interventions and help create a positive culture where every pupil can succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead pastoral support for a designated year group.
Coordinate wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance interventions.
Work with families and external agencies where required.
Support staff in promoting positive pupil outcomes.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience in pastoral leadership or pupil support.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coordinate effective intervention strategies.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
