Job Description
A secondary school in Coventry is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking English Teacher to join their permanent team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum
Plan, assess, and differentiate to meet diverse learner needs
Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom routines
Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – English specialism
Experience teaching English at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
Enthusiastic, proactive, and relationship-focused approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
