Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional guidance to access lessons and classroom routines. Working with individuals and small groups, you’ll help reinforce learning instructions, support engagement, and contribute to targeted interventions. Collaborating closely with teachers and SEND staff, you’ll help ensure pupils feel confident participating in school life.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group inclusion support.
Reinforce learning instructions and classroom routines.
Assist with targeted interventions for pupils needing extra support.
Communicate pupil progress with teaching and SEND teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
Clear communication and positive relationship-building skills.
