Job Description
You’ll support children in the Early Years setting through play-based learning, communication activities, and early literacy and numeracy development. You'll work alongside the class teacher to create a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel confident to learn, explore, and grow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support play-based learning and early development activities.
Assist with phonics, language, and early numeracy sessions.
Reinforce positive routines and social development.
Prepare classroom resources and support daily learning activities.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with Early Years or nursery-aged children.
Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
